Terms & Conditions

1. Age & Identification

• Minimum age for entry is 25 years.
• A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at the entrance.
• Entry will be denied if age cannot be verified.

2. Entry Policy

• Couple entry only, unless specified otherwise for special events.
• Entry is strictly at the discretion of club management and security personnel.
• Mandatory frisking and bag checks at entry
• Management has the right to deny entry if a guest refuses security screening
• Guests found to be in an inebriated or unsafe state may be refused entry or asked to leave, regardless of booking status.
• Management may restrict stags even if they have tickets or booking
• Final decision on entry balance is at the discretion of the door staff
• Re-entry will not be allowed after leaving the venue
• Profile-based entry. Management reserves the right of admission.

3. Prohibited Items Policy

• Outside food & beverages
• Weapons or sharp objects
• Illegal substances
• Professional cameras without permission
• Vapes or smoking devices (depending on venue policy)

4. Dress Code

To maintain the upscale ambiance of Priveé:

• Front-open footwear is not allowed.
• Tracks, athletic wear, and shorts are not permitted.
• Guests are expected to be dressed in smart, stylish attire.
• Management reserves the right to deny entry based on dress code violations.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued for entry fees, cover charges, table bookings, or event tickets under any circumstances, including refusal of entry due to dress code, age, or behaviour.

6. Conduct Inside the Club

• Guests must conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully.
• Any disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate removal from the premises.
• Damage to club property will result in penalties or compensation charges.

7. Rights of the Management

• Priveé reserves the right to modify entry rules, dress code, age restrictions, or event policies at any time without prior notice.
• Security checks may be conducted at the entrance or inside the premises.
• Management decisions are final and binding.

8. Liability

• The club shall not be liable for injuries resulting from guest negligence or misconduct.
• Priveé is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings inside the premises.

9. Event-Specific Rules

For concerts / DJ nights:

• Wristbands must be worn at all times
• Ticket validity is for one-time entry
• Artist lineup is subjected to change without notice

10. CCTV & Surveillance

Compliance requirement for nightlife venues:

• Premises monitored via CCTV for safety and security
• Footage used only for security/legal purposes
